Notes

Free allocated parking for one vehicle only, however free on-street parking is permitted between 18:00 and 8:00 (Monday to Friday) and all day Saturday and Sunday. This property is within a residential block, and guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet surroundings. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Access to the building is through a communal entrance on the ground floor. The property itself is accessible through a private entrance. You will have full access to the entire flat and all of its amenities during your stay. This includes the open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a private parking space directly outside the front of the building for your convenience. You'll find the space fully prepared for your arrival, with all areas meticulously cleaned and ready for your use.

Beds can be set up as 4 x single beds or 1 x king size and 2 x singles, please confirm your requirements  upon booking.

There is off-street parking available for one car, with additional on-street parking nearby (payable between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to. Friday and free outside of those hours) .
